1) Cashier

Location: Multipac Motor Sdn Bhd (Rawang)

Job Description:
– Collection of payment.
– Preparation of monthly accounts statement and update of payment records
– Liaise with Account Department on cash flow transaction.
– Assist Customer Relations Executive if necessary.

What we are looking for:
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent.
– Good computing skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
– Excellent Telephony, Communication and Interpersonal skills
– Training will be provided.


2) Foreman / Service Technician

Location: Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Old Klang Road)
                 Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Taman Equine)
                 Multipac Motor Sdn Bhd (Rawang)

Job Description:
– Conduct periodic maintenance and minor service of vehicles according to PMSS Schedule.
– Assist in warranty/cash parts replacement as indicated in the repair order.
– Perform technical diagnosis, housekeeping and safety on daily operation.
– Effectively communicate with job controlled on any additional job required during service.
– Maintain excellent Honda’s 5S procedures and requirements.

What we are looking for:
– Minimum SKM certificate (level 3) in automotive / mechanical or equivalent.
– Possess basic technical knowledge & computer computer skills
– Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay to comprehend repair order.
– Possess a valid class D driving license.


3) Service Advisor

Location: Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Taman Equine)
                 Multipac Motor Sdn Bhd (Rawang)

Job Description:
– Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures
– Registration and control of service appointments
– Promoting service and parts sales
– Execution of CSI related duties and responsibilities
– Co-ordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly
– Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction
– Conduct 1 day before appointment reminder to customer
– Conduct post service Follow up with customers to measure customer satisfaction and take improvement activities
– To regularly update customer’s parts status in Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS)

What we are looking for:
– Diploma in automotive/ mechanical, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive related business or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a valid class D driving license.


4) Account Assistant
Location: Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Old Klang Road)

Job Description:
– Assist in day to day accounting and administrative tasks.
– Assist in processing cash, sales and purchase documents.
– Prepare monthly account statement and update payment records.
– Ensure accuracy of payment collection.

What we are looking for:
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent. Candidate who possesses a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree will have an added advantage.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Good computing skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
– Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
– Good communication skills.
– Able to start immediately or within short notice.


5) Admin / Insurance Assistant 
Location: Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Old Klang Road)

Job Description:

– Issue cover note for renewal business i.e. arrange for NCD cancellation and withdrawal, Motor Insurance submission.

– Clarify short payment and over payment.

– Check commission insurance payment.

– Update Filling System.
– Contact customer for insurance renewal reminder.

What we are looking for:
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent.
– Good computing skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
– Excellent Telephony, Communication and Interpersonal skills
– Training will be provided.
– Added advantage if possess working experience in automotive industry


6) Customer Relations Executive

Location: Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd (Old Klang Road)

Job Description:
– Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership
– Coordinate and record customer’s appointment booking and plot capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations in dealership
– Handle customer’s concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities
– Ensure all customers’ voice is promptly reported to dealer management
– Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring
– To ensure compliance to customer data utilization by dealer management and Honda Malaysia
– Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction
– Perform cashier job if necessary.

What we are looking for:
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM certification or equivalent.
Added advantage if possess working experience in similar industry.
– Excellent Telephony, Communication and Interpersonal skills
– Strong Language Skills
– Customer Service Oriented and believes that “customers come first”
– Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
